5A WET ON WET FILLER 6:1 1,05L

6:1 Wet of wet filler is a multipurpose filler for wet on wet application. Suitable for use on new panels (doesn’t need sanding) or damaged panels. Very good flow and isolation properties. Suitable for tinting with max 5% of solvent-borne tinting paste. The filler has got anticorrosion properties. “Wet on wet” version: Suitable for use as a filling and isolation coat applied before base- or clear coat without sanding. “Sand” version: Suitable for repairs with polyester putties, for cosmetic damages (small transport damages and dents). Suitable for dry and wet manual/ machine sanding. Application: The surface must be cleaned, dry, degreased and matted. “Wet on wet” version: Mixing ratio: 6:1 by volume. Add 15% by volume of thinner for acrylic products. Use standard thinner at application temperature up to 25°C, at higher temperature use slow thinner. Mix thoroughly. Apply with a spray gun with nozzle diameter 1,2 – 1,3 mm in 1 normal coat. Wait, before base-coat application, 15 - 20 min. at 20°C – time for solvents evaporation (for standard hardener). After 20 - 25 min. At 20°C small repair imperfections can be removed with P600 dry or with P800 - P1000 wet. If top coat is not applied within 3 days, the surface must be matted with sanding pad. “Sand” version: Mixing ratio: 6:1 by volume. Add 5 - 15% by volume of thinner for acrylic products. Use standard thinner at application temperature up to 25°C, at higher temperature use slow thinner. Mix
thoroughly. Apply with a spray gun with nozzle diameter 1,3 - 1,6 mm in 2 normal coats. Flash off time between the coats: 5 - 7 min. at 20°C. Sand dry with P400 - P500 or wet with P800 - P1200. Drying time 20 min. at 60°C or 3 - 4 hours at 20°C (for standard hardener). Note: It is not recommended to use this product below 18°C. Technical data: Density: 1,39 g/cm³ Efficiency: 9-10 m2/l.
